Service Clerk (Full-Time)

Morrison Industrial Equipment is hiring a Full-Time Service Clerk for our Mason location. If you're organized, customer-focused, and looking for a career with growth opportunities, we'd like to hear from you.

Location: 575 Jewett Rd., Mason, MI 48854
Schedule: Monday-Friday, First Shift
Hours: 40 hours per week, with overtime opportunities
Pay: $20-$24 per hour, based on experience

What You'll Do

• Open, process, and monitor service work orders
• Update customers on repair status and timelines
• Prepare and process repair estimates
• Process warranty claims
• Coordinate with technicians to support efficient scheduling
• Answer phones and assist customers professionally
• Support rental inquiries, quotes, and deliveries
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic mechanical knowledge
• Intermediate Microsoft Office 365 skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical exam, and background check
