Parts Database Analyst
Morrison Industrial Equipment is currently looking for a Parts Database/QC Analyst at our Central Parts Distribution Warehouse located in Grand Rapids, MI. Then utilizing our inventory management and logistics systems, we ensure optimized availability and timely delivery of these carefully selected parts.

Position requires working in person first shift, Monday-Friday for 40 hours each week. Compensation negotiated based on experience, ranging from 40K-44K.  Entry level persons with higher level of education or familiarity with job responsibilities are encouraged to apply.


Your role at Central Parts will focus on developing our database, supporting software users, and making critical decisions based on your unique insight.
Job responsibilities to include:
  • Updating and maintaining a database
  • Supplier communication and management
  • Assisting users with software and part record database concerns
  • Evaluating vendor files for formatting, and record errors
  • Investigating part user reports of part quality
  • Performing basic queries in an SQL-based database
  • Converting large data sets into actionable information
  • Responding to user requests for information and software guidance
  • Collaborating with IT staff to provide data and insight to promote Central Parts interests.
